Belleayre Grandhouse, in Catskill Park, New York, United States, is a ski resort owned and operated by theOlympic Regional Development Authority or ORDA. It is the only Catskill resort that contains a gondola and attracts many new visitors from New York City. Skier and snowboarder visits have grown from 70,000 in 1995 to more than 175,000 in 2007.
