The space
3600 SF of indoor living space, 5 acres of outdoor field surrounding with a view of gorgeous Catskills park nature reserves. Plenty of amenities to entertain all ages. A 7 seats 95 jets hot tub with built in Bluetooth speakers. Outdoor firepit with lounge chairs. 2 outdoor decks with sofa, chairs and chair swing for summer gathering.
Ground floor level of the house has a 3 bunk beds bedroom with kids playing and hangout area. Next to the bedroom is the game lounge with a pool table, foosball table, dart board, entertainment center, a bunch of fun board games to play with. A 6 people cedar wood dry heat sauna to release some tension and a double shower bathroom also on the ground floor level.
1st floor (main floor) has a huge living room space with an indoor gas fireplace surrounding with couches to relax next to the fireplace. Custom made large sectional leather sofa to sit around to enjoy and watch sports games and shows from the 70's TV for the entire family/friends. It has a wine bar lounge next to the living room. Guests can sit on the comfy couches and sip a glass of wine in the wine bar lounge. Main bathroom has a double sinks vanity, Large LED mirror, rain forest shower head and Koehler toilet. Master suite bedroom comes with a double sinks vanity bathroom. Also a queen bed bedroom is next to the master bedroom. Large dine in kitchen with granite countertops. Stainless steel appliances, commercial size kitchen sink and lots of space in the kitchen for cooking or baking. Also there is a formal dining room can sit 15 people together

Fly fishing and water tubing available in Delaware east branch river which passing thru our property. A large outdoor grass field for sports activities. Catskill recreational center offers indoor pool and gym fitness is just a minute away. Foodtown supermarket and CVS pharmacy are in Margaretville town which is 5 minutes driving from the house. Ulster scenery train station is 5 mins from the house. Tons of hiking trails in the Catskills area. Hannah golf course is next door to us for golf lovers.
