This house was extraordinarily beautiful. Tons of amenities. Great location for getting outdoors. Very responsive and proactive with instructions. Made for a great weekend for my group

Paula’s home was perfect for our group of three families. We especially all loved the hot tub after a day of skiing and the huge dining room table where we could all eat together. The bunk room was perfect and gave the kids room to spread out.

The Airbnb is in a perfect location just over 10 minutes from Belleayre Ski Resort. The house was very spacious and the hot tub and sauna were amazing to relax in after a long day on the mountain. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Paula's house. We had 3 couples and all their children. There was plenty of space so that we didn't feel on top of each other and could comfortably sleep everyone. The kids loved the bunk bed room and daughter over who would get top bunk. the house was also conveniently located near Belleayre Mountain for daily ski runs.
We only had a few minor points of feedback. We love to cook and couldn't find measuring spoons or measuring cups. We also didn't receive checkout instructions until late the night before checkout so we assumed there weren't any and only saw them on the drive home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Belleayre-Grand House. The house fit five families COMFORTABLY. Our children love to ski. This house was very close to Belleayre Mountain and gave us the peace we needed for getting out of town for the weekend. It allowed us to make many memorable memories with our children. The recommendations given by Paula for restaurants was spot on - they are the best in that area. Margaretville itself is a very small, outdated town but it wasn’t the town that attracted us - it was the ski mountain which was top notch! Paula was very easy to communicate with and made our stay flawless! You won’t be disappointed by booking.
